Apple Music is set to allow users to download playlists from Spotify and other streaming platforms in the near future. The new feature was discovered by the MacRumors website, which reported its existence on the Apple Music subreddit. The option to transfer music from other services is already visible in the beta version of Apple Music’s APK.

The music transfer function for moving music from other streaming platforms to Apple Music appears to have been enabled through a collaboration with SongShift, as per a post by user “Francesco” on the Apple Music subreddit. SongShift is a service that facilitates the transfer of music libraries and playlists across various music streaming services.
By going to the “Library” tab on Apple Music, a message will appear prompting you to add saved songs and playlists from other music services to your Apple Music library.

According to MacRumors, the feature is not fully operational at this time. Furthermore, the message card noted earlier is not visible to all beta users of Apple Music, indicating that testing is limited to a small user group to assess the effectiveness of different implementations.
